养生美味两不误:【蜜豆山药糕】
铁棍山药的好处很多,对我们的身体极为有益。
这个网络上都能搜到,我就不粘贴复制了。
铁棍山药蒸熟之后,软糯的口感和清淡的味道,十分适合制作糕点。
红豆含铁较多,具有祛湿补血的功效,对女性同胞好处尤其多。
市售的蜜红豆,总是齁甜而且加了很多防腐剂,豆香味也不明显。
所以我都是喜欢自己熬蜜红豆,改天发一个煮豆子的贴。
山药和蜜红豆相结合,口感上没有冲突,味道上互帮互助,冷藏更好吃哈~

Steps to make 养生美味两不误:【蜜豆山药糕】

  • 1.铁棍山药清洗干净,掰成小段,上锅蒸熟(用筷子能轻易的戳进去就是熟了)。然后用削皮刀将蒸熟的山药去皮,洗净;
  • 2.准备好蜜红豆;
  • 3. 找一个较厚实的保鲜袋,将山药切丁后,放入袋中,加入适量白砂糖,用擀面杖趁热擀压成山药泥;
  • 4. 加入蜜红豆,揉捏均匀;
  • 5.取一小团山药泥,搓圆;
  • 6.将山药球放入模具中;
  • 7.在盘子上压出形状;
  • 8.此时即可食用,冷藏后味道更佳。
