  • 普通面粉200克
  • 500克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 香葱2段
  • 大蒜1棵
  • 辣椒1段
  • 味极鲜2勺
  • 香醋1勺

Steps to make 韩式香葱金针菇饼

  • 1.准备食材.香葱金针菇去根洗净,分别切成约5cm的段.鸡蛋打成蛋液.
  • 2.将水倒入面粉搅拌成面糊
  • 3.加入蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入香葱金针菇搅拌均匀
  • 5.平底锅热油小火入面糊
  • 6.摊薄均匀待上面表层凝固
  • 7.翻面继续小火煎制
  • 8.如此反复到两面金黄即可出锅
  • 9.味极鲜香醋调和在一起
  • 10.香葱大蒜辣椒切碎
  • 11.将9浇入10.滴入适量香油,蘸汁完成
