芋头咸粥
芋头是秋天很好的应季食材,天气转凉时,来上一锅暖暖的芋头粥,暖身暖胃。

  • 胡萝卜0.5个
  • 火腿肠2根(细)
  • 干香菇6朵
  • 大米1杯
  • 香葱1棵
  • 干贝10粒
  • 生抽1匙
  • 芝麻香油0.5匙
  • 猪油1匙

Steps to make 芋头咸粥

  • 1.荔浦芋头切小块,萝卜切丁,香葱切成葱花,火腿肠切薄片,泡发好的干香菇切条,泡发好的干贝撕细条,再准备一把虾皮。
  • 2.油热下香菇、干贝、虾皮、葱白炒出香味。
  • 3.倒入胡萝卜丁和芋头块继续翻炒,加1匙生抽调点底味。
  • 4.加胡椒粉和淘洗干净的大米翻炒均匀,加入清水,放电饭煲用煲粥键煮熟。
  • 5.加入火腿肠片煮1分钟。
  • 6.煮好的稀饭倒入砂锅中继续煮开5分钟,期间要多搅拌防糊底,加盐和鸡精调味。
  • 7.加芝麻香油调味。
  • 8.撕上葱花搅拌均匀,起锅。
  • 9.一碗秋季养生粥就做好了!
  • 10.放到砂锅再煲几分钟可以让粥更香更稠,最后那步别省略。
