【闽菜】--阿嬷洋芋餅
這是去年一位台灣的阿嬷教我的,當時是在買菜很好奇的問了她好多東西,一些台灣料理的做法。沒想到她們土豆也叫洋芋,阿嬷說她喜歡用洋芋泥來弄餅,加上肉末也相當是做了丸子吃。洋芋裡面有著好多的澱粉質不用在加澱粉之類的東西。試試結果真的很不錯,妹妹她們也好喜歡吃。
  台灣菜很特別,用鹽很少,是以調味中的鹽來調味,真正的鹽幾乎沒怎麼用,這也是他們菜的特殊之一。無鹽勝有鹽。

Steps to make 【闽菜】--阿嬷洋芋餅

  • 1.準備食材。
  • 2.所需要的調味品。
  • 3.把洋芋泥,肉末,蔥放入大碗內。
  • 4.放入少許的鹽,蘑菇精,胡椒粉,五香粉。
  • 5.手上套入手套沿順時針的方向攪拌勻。
  • 6.雞蛋調勻備用。
  • 7.餅捏成長方條狀放入雞蛋液中沾勻蛋液。
  • 8.沾勻蛋液的洋芋餅放入麵包糠中沾勻。
  • 9.取鍋放入油少量,大火燒8分熱,在轉小火放入洋芋餅煎炸。
  • 10.炸至金黃色即可。
  • 11.放入少許豆芽菜裝飾。
