  • 2.水油皮材料和成光滑面团。
  • 3.油酥材料和成光滑面团。
  • 4.盖保鲜膜饧发半个小时。
  • 5.栗蓉馅分成每个25g的小份。
  • 6.水油皮面团擀开,包裹油酥面团收好口。
  • 7.擀成牛舌状。
  • 8.两头往中间折。
  • 9.再次擀开。
  • 10.继续三折,重复两遍。
  • 11.卷起。
  • 12.切成小剂子。
  • 13.擀成小圆片。
  • 14.放入栗蓉馅。
  • 15.左右手配合慢慢把面片往上推,收好口。
  • 16.用锋利的小刀划十字。
  • 17.放到烤盘上。
  • 18.刷蛋液,撒上芝麻。
  • 19.放入预热好的烤箱,中层、上下火170℃、25分钟。
  • 20.新鲜出炉。
  • 21.外酥内软。
