Steps to make Peanut, soy sauce, meat, glutinous rice and zongzi
- 1. Ingredients: Soy sauce meat, peanuts (already soaked), glutinous rice (already washed)
- 2. Zongzi leaves and cotton thread
- 3. Cut the sauce meat into small pieces on the cutting board and set aside.
- 4. Wash the soaked peanuts and put them into the glutinous rice.
- 5. Then, add the cut soy sauce meat.
- 6. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
- 7. Add an appropriate amount of salt.
- 8. Mix seasoning well.
- 9. Take two to three overlapping zongzi leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, and put in the mixed glutinous rice.
- 10. Next, wrap it according to your own technique and tie it with cotton thread.
- 11. Then, place it in the rice cooker.
- 12. Add Zongzi that has not been wrapped with clean water.
