  • 糯米300g
  • 蛋黄9个
  • 杂菜1小碗
  • 香葱1颗
  • 1匙
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 白砂糖1勺

Steps to make 蛋黄烧卖

  • 1.猪肉加香葱剁碎。
  • 2.糯米放入电饭煲中加入比平时煮米饭略微少一点的水量煮熟。
  • 3.炒锅加热放入适量油,放入剁好的肉馅炒至略焦香。
  • 4.加入调味料,盐、糖,蚝油和老抽翻炒均匀。
  • 5.倒入煮熟的糯米饭翻拌均匀。
  • 6.加入焯水后的杂菜略拌匀。
  • 7.蛋黄蒸10分钟,或者烤箱烤8分钟。
  • 8.将蛋黄切成小块备用。
  • 9.糯米饭装好,蛋黄备好。
  • 10.取一张饺子皮,用擀面杖压边缘,压成荷叶边。
  • 11.先压一些糯米饭压平,包入两三粒蛋黄。
  • 12.再加入少许糯米饭盖好。
  • 13.将四周向上收口,拦腰处用手指轻轻往里面捏一下。包好烧卖了。
  • 14.依次包好,放入蒸笼中水开后蒸8分钟即可。
  • 15.成品。
