  • 1.超市买来冻虾做这道菜用冻菜的口感会比较好。我们解冻去除虾线。
  • 2.玉米淀粉,五香粉,花椒面。
  • 3.调入两鸡鸡蛋均匀搅拌挂糊
  • 4.均匀的裹上面糊。
  • 5.锅里放油,尤文五成热,放入大虾。
  • 6.中火煎至表皮酥脆。
  • 7.再开大火复炸一下。我们在炸大虾的时候一定要分批炸不要全部倒进锅里。
  • 8.一个干饼子。我们切成粗条。
  • 9.锅底留油炒香料头
  • 10.放干锅调料均匀翻炒。
  • 11.放入干饼子
  • 12.放入青椒。干辣椒快速翻炒。
  • 13.放生抽白糖鸡精。白芝麻。
