一提起香酥芝士球的味道,那种咸香经过眼耳鼻舌身意,引起的惺惺相惜的共鸣,让人身心都会一阵微然酥软。有人说香酥芝士球一百个人做就会是一百种味道,很是挑人,看着简单,只要面粉捏成团,蘸上芝士粉放进烤箱就OK了。但是做过的人知道,因为面团不含水份和蛋液,在整形时如果用力搓揉,就会使面团更加松散不成形,所以一定要用抓捏的方式,功夫好不好,都体现在这里了。不过好在这款小点心的味道非常讨人喜欢,连平时不大爱吃西式甜点的人都做了好几次,喜欢芝士的伙伴,更加不能错过了哦,自带萌感的小球球,可以一口一口吃掉忧愁~

Steps to make 香酥芝士球

  • 1.材料:黄油:85克、糖粉:55克、盐:1克、低筋粉:127克、卡夫芝士粉:38克
  • 2.制作:1.黄油自然软化后用电动打蛋器先打散,再加入糖粉和盐,用橡胶刮倒翻拌均匀再用电动打蛋器打发
  • 3.2.分次加入芝士粉和过筛的低筋粉用刮刀拌均匀
  • 4.3.用手以抓捏的方式捏成团
  • 5.4.用手将面团捏成长条再分成小断
  • 6.5.分割的面团都搓成圆球形
  • 7.6.再在表面蘸上少许芝士粉(配方分量外)
  • 8.7.蘸好芝士粉有距离的放在垫了油纸的烤盘里,烤箱预热165度中层烤15分钟至表面上色,再关火用余温闷8分钟即可出炉,冷却再食用
