网购的冷冻1公斤蝴蝶生虾仁,做了一次中式水煮的,这次来个西式的!

  • 白醋20g
  • 姜汁5ml
  • 鸡粉少许
  • 黑胡椒碎少许
  • 少许
  • 料酒10ml

Steps to make 红酒柠檬虾

  • 1.蝴蝶生虾仁解冻后洗净沥干水分,加入盐、料酒、姜汁、黑胡椒碎、鸡粉腌制30分钟
  • 2.准备红酒柠檬汁:加入红酒、砂糖、白醋和柠檬汁拌匀
  • 3.取一个小锅中加入适量色拉油加热后放入虾仁
  • 4.看到虾仁变色后即可捞出沥干油
  • 5.把调好的红酒柠檬汁放人平底锅中煮沸
  • 6.煮至汁水变稠
  • 7.把炸过的虾仁放人拌匀即可
  • 8.摆盘即可
