凉拌莴笋
虽然立秋早已过了,但是天气依然炎热,最近还特别闷热,吃饭都没胃口。今天做一道凉拌莴笋,清淡咸酸中带有一点微辣,比较开胃。做起来还特别简单。

  • 味达美清香米醋2汤匙
  • 味达美 初榨原酿生抽1.5汤匙
  • 芝麻油2汤匙

Steps to make 凉拌莴笋

  • 1.主要食材准备好。
  • 2.莴笋去皮切丝。
  • 3.姜和蒜剁碎,小米椒切圈,装小碗里。
  • 4.加入1/2茶匙的盐。
  • 5.2汤匙的米醋。
  • 6.1.5汤匙的生抽。
  • 7.2汤匙的芝麻油。搅拌均匀。
  • 8.烧一锅水,水开后下莴笋焯水一分钟。
  • 9.焯好水的莴笋捞起过一下凉白开/冰水降温。
  • 10.将莴笋滤干水,装盘,倒入前面调好的料汁,拌匀即可。
