  • 杏仁粉40g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 厚椰乳170g
  • 椰子油30g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 耐高糖酵母4g
  • 2g
  • 椰蓉少许

Steps to make 椰香味爆棚の小面包,柔软细腻巨好吃!

  • 1.准备好所需食材。
  • 2.椰子油除外的面团材料放入厨师机搅拌桶内,启动厨师机,把面团打至粗膜的状态。
  • 3.加入室温软化好的椰子油,再次启动厨师机,搅打至有韧性的薄膜。
  • 4.把面团收拢光滑,放入发酵盒,发酵至两倍大。
  • 5.取出面团,轻压排气后均分成12份,简单收拢后松弛20分钟。
  • 6.一个个排气收拢光滑,再滚上椰蓉
  • 7.六个一组放入320克长方形吐司盒。
  • 8.送入烤箱35度发酵至7-8分满。
  • 9.然后送入预热好的风炉烤箱160度烤制18分钟左右。
  • 10.烤制完成后,直接取出脱模,晾凉后密封保存。
