蜂蜜柚子茶
做好的蜂蜜柚子茶,保存得当可以保存很长时间的,可以直接吃,也可以四小勺蜂蜜柚子茶加150ml的温水调匀即可,

Steps to make 蜂蜜柚子茶

  • 1.将柚子皮把白色的部分尽量去掉,
  • 2.用剪刀剪成细条,
  • 3.把柚子肉剥出来,
  • 4.先把柚子皮煮15分钟左右,去除大部分苦味,
  • 5.煮好的柚子皮丝用水冲洗一下,
  • 6.放锅内,加冰糖和一半柚子肉一起熬煮,小火煮15分钟,再把剩下的柚子肉加进去一起熬煮,
  • 7.煮至柚子皮变成透明,大火煮至汤汁浓稠,待冷却后加入蜂蜜拌匀密封保存即可,
