4.配料用清水浸透后放入炖盅里，加入姜片和适量清水。![]()
5.蒸锅里放入水，放支架（放布也行）。![]()
6.然后把炖盅放在支架上，盖上炖盅盖和蒸锅盖，武火烧开后，文火慢炖一小时。![]()
7.加入适量盐即可食用。
