红枣辫子面包
辫子面包让我想起儿时自己辫子的小辫子。入烘焙后第一次给面包编辫子,而且出炉后效果非常的满意,面包加入了红枣让人咬下去的每一口都是惊喜根本停不下来啦!

  • 高筋面粉200克
  • 红枣30克
  • 牛奶70克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油20克
  • 1克
  • 白糖20克
  • 酵母2克

Steps to make 红枣辫子面包

  • 1.红枣提前洗净去核切成小丁
  • 2.除黄油外所有面包材料放入面包机桶内
  • 3.30分钟揉面结束后加入黄油继续揉至可拉出薄膜出筋
  • 4.揉好的面团取出放室温发酵至2.5倍
  • 5.发酵好的面团进行排气,松施10分钟。
  • 6.用擀面仗擀成方形饼状,撒上枣丁
  • 7..将面饼上下叠起,中间在叠一次像叠被子一样
  • 8.叠好后再用擀面仗稍稍擀扁一些。
  • 9.用刀切成三份,头部不要切断哟
  • 10.像编辫子一样编好即可
  • 11.把编好的辫子面包放入烤盘放进烤箱进行二次发酵,烤箱放入一盆热水有助发酵,天气冷的话中间可换两次热水。
  • 12.发至原来的两倍大,刷上蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度中层烤18分钟。
