芝麻磨牙棒
这款麻牙棒不同于君之款的阿拉棒,它比较松脆,感觉比较适合稍大点的儿童或成人,太小的BABY不建议食用,可能会呛到。这款因为用了酵母,里面还加了芝麻,成品很香脆,一根根嘎蹦嘎蹦停不下来的感觉。(方子改自Yumiiiii酱)

  • 橄榄油(或色拉油)8克
  • 熟黑芝麻10克
  • 5克
  • 2克

Steps to make 芝麻磨牙棒

  • 1.将所有原料混合揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜,放温暖处30分钟后排气。
  • 3.把面团撖开。
  • 4.切成细条状。
  • 5.再一根根搓得直径约5-6mm的很细的条放入烤盘。170度10分钟后,再转185度15分钟左右。结束后可在烤箱中再放一段时间以便完全松脆(具体时间和你的烤箱温度和你成品的粗细有关,反正就是尽量不要烤焦,又能烤松脆为止),凉后密封保存,尽快吃完。
