让人食指大动的美味---法式黑椒牛排
没什么特别想说的,最近心情一直不好。。有时做某些事,不管所有人怎么说,我都认为自己的感受才是正确的。喜欢的事自然可以坚持,不喜欢的怎么也长久不了。于是终于让我懂得,永远不要去羡慕别人的生活,即使那个人看起来快乐富足。也永远不要去评价别人是否幸福,即使那个人看起来孤独无助。幸福如人饮水,冷暖自知。你不是我,怎知我走过的路,我心中的乐与苦。

心情不好的时候就爱让身体补充些高能量的食物,唯有这样,才能让我受伤到不行的心灵稍微得到些安慰。于是就想去超市买些奥利奥巧克力之类的零食,路过生鲜区,看到了难得一见的牛西冷。价格不贵,肉也挺嫩。就买了一斤~用家里现有的材料组合搭配了这款黑椒牛排,肉嫩,多汁,味道超好。高兴指数瞬间提升到80~

  • 西冷牛排一块约250克
  • 黄油15克
  • 黑胡椒粉1大勺15ML
  • 食盐1小勺5ML
  • 蒜粉1小勺约3克
  • 红酒40克(葡萄酒)
  • 太白粉适量(木薯粉)
  • 紫苏少许

Steps to make 让人食指大动的美味---法式黑椒牛排

  • 1.1:牛西冷洗净用厨房纸巾稍微吸下表面水分。
  • 2.2:放入保鲜袋里用松肉锤或刀背锤几下,使牛肉断筋,一会煎时不宜回缩。
  • 3.3:锤松了的牛排放入干净碗中,两面均匀抹上 黑胡椒,食盐,蒜粉。
  • 4.4:倒入红酒盖保鲜膜,入冰箱冷藏2小时,使其入味。
  • 5.5:锅中放入黄油,中火烧热。
  • 6.6:取出冷藏入味了的牛排,沥干水分,放入烧热了的锅中。
  • 7.7:两面各煎2分钟即可出锅,约7分熟。
  • 8.8:刚腌制过的牛排的汁水不要倒掉,里面放入一小搓太白粉,搅匀后倒入锅中勾芡,就是黑椒汁了。按个人口味还可以加些黑胡椒,紫苏,百里香或者耗油之类的提香。
  • 9.勾芡好的黑椒汁可直接撒在牛排上~我最后还撒了些紫苏在表面。配菜可以随意搭配。家里还有点洋葱,灯椒,培根,意面跟披萨酱。稍微组合下炒了些意大利面,在旁边打个鸡蛋。一盘香喷喷,满满的毫不逊色于店里卖的牛排就完成啦~配上一杯上好的红酒~美味啊!!!!
  • 10.切开看看~应该是铁板余温的关系,一面稍显得熟了些~不过味道还是很好的,很嫩~
