香菇的另类诱人吃法——孜然烤香菇
香菇,孜然,可能你会觉得这样的组合有点“黑暗料理”的意思。NO,可能美食的诱人之处就在于,熟悉的食材搭配,不同的做法,出自不同人的手,就会带来的不一样的味觉体验。我是一次在餐馆吃到一道叫铁板香菇的菜肴,主要的调味用了孜然,味道出奇的好。在这之前,我从不敢想孜然还可以和香菇搭配。之后每次在菜场看到香菇,都会联想到那道给我不一样味觉体验的菜肴。这次终于尝试做了,虽然做法与那倒铁板香菇不一样,但是味道还是有相似之处,同样主要调味是孜然粉。做法很简单,味道很棒,即使作为宴客菜也不为过的哦。厨房新手也可以来试试。

  • 1.香菇洗净去根,表面切十字型,待用;
  • 2.备一个碗,倒入生抽,蚝油,孜然粉,辣椒粉,水搅拌均匀;
  • 3.用刷子,将拌好的调料均匀的刷在香菇两面;
  • 4.将蘸满调料的香菇放入烤箱,温度调至200度,30分钟即可。
