玉米猪骨汤

汤水中我最喜欢的就是胡萝卜玉米猪骨汤了,它不止清甜好喝,那红红黄黄亮眼的汤色更是加分不少~~

  • 胡萝卜一根

  • 鸡粉5g

Steps to make 玉米猪骨汤

  • 1.主料准备好
  • 2.胡萝卜切滚刀块,玉米劈开切段
  • 3.猪骨洗净放入锅中,放片姜和葱结,煮出血水后捞出
  • 4.焯好的猪骨放入砂煲,放入姜片,注入足够的清水
  • 5.放入玉米和胡萝卜,大火烧开,小火煲1.5小时
  • 6.最后调入盐和鸡粉调味即可
