轻松做出饭店菜-----香烤羊排

Steps to make 轻松做出饭店菜-----香烤羊排

  • 1.先将羊排洗净,再用清水泡1个小时,泡好的羊排滤干水分。
  • 2.准备好香料。
  • 3.将所有的腌料和羊排放在一起。
  • 4.戴上手套,反复给羊排做按摩15分钟,使味道更好地渗入羊排中,这个过程有点无聊,用个大点的容器才好按摩哈。
  • 5.按摩好的羊排。
  • 6.密封好后放冰箱冷藏腌制24-48小时。
  • 7.腌制好的羊排放在垫有锡纸的烤盘里,洋葱等菜菜可以分成两份,1份放在羊排下面,另1份放在羊排上面。
  • 8.将羊排用锡纸包好,放入预热好的ACA GT400烤箱中进行烘烤。
