  • 1.鸭蛋一个猪肉馅 少许
  • 2.用两个小汤匙轻轻划开蛋黄膜,把肉馅放进去动作一定要轻,不然蛋黄容易破
  • 3.肉馅一点一点的酿
  • 4.这是我酿春的极限了,大概一小汤匙的肉馅
  • 5.锅里烧开水,再放进酿春,不加盖小火慢煮
  • 6.慢慢的看到凝固的蛋白,这时候加入粉丝
  • 7.当蛋黄变色,装酿春的小锅盖上一二分钟可以出锅了
