Steps to make 紫芋绵绵包

  • 1.1. 先把鸡蛋打开加入约100g牛奶搅打均匀。
  • 2.筛入面粉和糖粉,倒入融化的黄油。
  • 3.打发约10分钟
  • 4.把打发好的面霜装入裱花袋
  • 5.在烤盘中均匀挤成圆形
  • 6.烤箱预热上面220°,下面120°,将挤好的面霜放入烤15分钟。
  • 7.烤好的面包片放入冰箱,冷藏12小时。
  • 8.芋头用蒸锅蒸20分钟蒸熟。
  • 9.把蒸熟的芋头压成芋泥,加牛奶拌匀,牛奶的量根据芋头的含水量调整,使芋泥调整到自己喜欢的稠度。这些芋头我加了有50g的牛奶。
  • 10.抓一把杏仁片放入芋泥中混合均匀。碎个人的喜好掌握量。
  • 11.取出冰箱中的面包,将拌好的芋泥夹入两片面包中间即可。
  • 12.刨一点巧克力末,与杏仁片、水果等摆盘。
