  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.蛋白跟蛋黄分离,蛋白直接放入厨师机搅拌桶内,桶内一定要无水无油。
  • 3.滴入几滴柠檬汁。
  • 4.启动厨师机。
  • 5.打发至干性发泡,打发过程中分三次加入细砂糖。
  • 6.蛋黄内依次加入玉米油、牛奶、炼乳。
  • 7.用打蛋器低速搅拌均匀。
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 9.再次拌匀。
  • 10.加入三分之一的蛋白霜,用蛋抽画Z字拌匀,看不到蛋白霜后再加入三分之一的蛋白霜加入,同样的方法拌匀。
  • 11.倒回蛋白霜的盆内,仍用之前的方法拌匀。
  • 12.倒入黑芝麻。
  • 13.简单拌匀。
  • 14.华夫饼机预热,可适当涂抹少许油。
  • 15.倒入面糊。
  • 16.中小火慢慢烤熟。
  • 17.出炉即可。
  • 18.可以撒上自己喜欢的果仁或者配酱。
