山药百合糖水
山药又名淮山,有“神仙之食”的美名。山药中含有大量的蛋白质、各种维生素和有益的微量元素、糖类,它可以调节人体免疫系统,增强人体免疫力。山药的模样貌不惊人,土褐色的外皮,外形呈较细的圆柱状,肉白而坚,咀嚼时口感微酸发粘。不过“药不可貌相”,据古籍记载,多食山药有“聪耳明目”、“不饥延年”的功能,对人体健康非常有益,而民间也流传山药对于调理生理能力、病后虚弱体质、妇女产后调养,小孩强健体魄都有显著效果,因而被称为“食物药”。

Steps to make 山药百合糖水

  • 1.干百合、红枣洗净,浸泡1小时。
  • 2.山药去皮,切成块。
  • 3.取一大碗,将山药用淡盐水浸泡,防止氧化发黑。
  • 4.汤煲中加入足量清水,大火煮开后将山药、百合、红枣一同放入,改成中火。
  • 5.煮40分钟,待水余下一半事,将冰糖放入。
  • 6.继续煮至冰糖完全化开即可。
