    • 1.小羊排解冻,不要用水泡,提前一天拿到冷藏解冻
    • 2.用厨房纸吸取多余的水分
    • 3.用叉子叉些小洞,好入味
    • 4.海盐,黑胡椒粒,我用的都是进口的
    • 5.两面都放上海盐,和黑胡椒粒,腌一个小时
    • 6.煎锅加热,放黄油
    • 7.放入羊排中火煎,一面3-4分钟,中途不要翻面。
    • 8.4分钟后翻面
    • 9.李锦记黑胡椒汁
    • 10.两面分别刷上黑胡椒汁!
    • 11.再煎一分钟,出锅
