香浓黑芝麻酱
到了收获的季节新花生新芝麻都下来啦!
于是自封为花生恋人的我基本上每天都要去市场买花生,后来已经到了卖菜阿姨看到我就说,又来买花生啊,然后什么都不用问立马给我称5元钱的花生……
花生芝麻核桃之类的坚果都是好东西自然不必再说,新坚果的另外一个好处就是,油量大,所以不仅可以生吃烤着吃炸着吃炒着吃,最重要的还可以做酱!简直是完美啊!
一般我不是这个季节都会去超市买芝麻酱花生酱,但是,到了最适合的季节怎么能够不自己做!

Steps to make 香浓黑芝麻酱

  • 1.新花生跳出来坏的瘪的和长芽的,放到微波炉里面高火3分钟,取出来晾凉
  • 2.芝麻放到玻璃碗里面,微波炉高火4分钟,取出来晾凉
  • 3.食物破壁机加上漏网,倒进去黑芝麻
  • 4.然后加入花生
  • 5.倒进去2大勺蜂蜜
  • 6.然后是1勺分量的橄榄油
  • 7.破壁机打开一个酱料程序即可!
