酸奶纸杯蛋糕
酸奶的好处不说大伙都知道,今天我就把酸奶做入蛋糕里,软软嫩嫩,无论当早餐,还是做点心都是挺赞的~*

  • 低粉70克
  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 25克
  • 鸡蛋黄4个
  • 蛋白4个
  • 40克

Steps to make 酸奶纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.蛋清跟蛋黄分离,碗里不要有水有油
  • 3.蛋黄放入干净的盆里待用
  • 4.蛋清同样也是,确定盆里无油无水
  • 5.准备50克酸奶
  • 6.40克玉米油,25克糖
  • 7.上面两图里的材料放入蛋黄里搅拌均匀
  • 8.分两次筛入低粉跟玉米淀粉
  • 9.划十字型搅拌均匀
  • 10.蛋清加几滴柠檬汁打成鱼泡状放入剩下40克白糖里的三分之一
  • 11.打到这个样子再一点点放入剩下的糖
  • 12.直到打到提起有小尖就可以了
  • 13.拿三分之一的蛋白混入蛋黄糊划十字搅拌
  • 14.剩下的全搅拌均匀,千万不要过分搅拌,那样消泡的话,烤出的蛋糕会受影响
  • 15.将面糊分装在小纸杯里,这个刚好是12个的量
  • 16.放人烤箱160度,25分钟(每个烤箱不同,视情况而定)
  • 17.出炉后的蛋糕放盘子上自然晾凉
  • 18.晾凉的蛋糕有点会回缩,是自然现象,因为没放任何添加剂,所以少许回缩是正常现象
