包菜牛肉丝炒粿条
昨天中午他去打包了炒粿条,五块钱的分量好少,炒得也不好,所以,我思量着还是自己炒的好,冰箱还有牛肉,所以就去买了粿条和包菜,炒饭,炒粉等加包菜是很不错的选择呢。其实吃什么还是自己弄又划算又丰富又好吃。
今天早上难得一次睡到自然醒,好舒服,又给自己炒了牛肉粿条,哇哈哈,这日子还真是不错!

    Steps to make 包菜牛肉丝炒粿条

    • 1.牛肉解冻切丝,少量葱切葱花。
    • 2.包菜洗净切细。
    • 3.粿条一袋。(2人分量)。
    • 4.锅里热油,加入牛肉丝翻炒。
    • 5.翻炒至熟,加适量酱油调味,马上出锅。
    • 6.锅里洗净,继续热油,加入包菜翻炒。
    • 7.包菜翻炒至熟,加盐调味。
    • 8.加入牛肉丝和粿条,适量酱油,翻炒均匀。
    • 9.最后撒上葱花,翻炒均匀即可。
