花生咸猪骨粥
小时候,妈妈常在早上煲粥,妈妈会把猪骨用盐腌制,妈妈说用咸猪骨煲粥下火,而且那时候夏天很热用盐腌制猪骨,可以防止变质。妈妈煲粥都会用瓦煲,妈妈说瓦煲才能煲出米的香味。
我当了妈妈以后也常用瓦煲为小孩煲粥,但偶尔偷偷懒,用电饭煲省事。这次就是用电饭煲煲出了香浓的【花生咸猪骨粥】。

Steps to make 花生咸猪骨粥

  • 1.准备材料:猪骨用盐腌制,我这次用的猪骨是超市购买的咸猪骨头。
  • 2.大米用清水浸泡30分钟以上。
  • 3.胡萝卜和山药削皮切块。
  • 4.将山药块、胡萝卜块一起放在电饭煲里,盖上盖子用电饭煲煲好。
  • 5.煲好后可以根据口味下盐调味,撒上香菜或者葱粒。
