  • 2.切碎粒。鲜虾去壳去虾线洗净备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋中加入盐打散。
  • 4.倒入温水搅打均匀,过一遍筛。
  • 5.倒入菠菜粒中搅拌均匀。
  • 6.入开水锅中蒸8分钟左右。
  • 7.开盖,放入虾仁继续蒸三分钟。
  • 8.淋入蒸鱼豉油、香油即可。
