北海道香橙吐司
放了橙汁和果肉,烤出的吐司有淡淡的清香味道,颜色也是略带橙黄,口感也很细腻,可以搭配些果酱当早餐或者下午茶

  • 酵母3~6g
  • 橙肉100g
  • 橙汁70g
  • 黄油20g

Steps to make 北海道香橙吐司

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.橙汁、橙肉,白糖、鸡蛋混合倒入搅拌桶,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入高筋面粉、酵母,面粉完全吸收水份后揉成面团
  • 4. 揉至面团表面光滑不粘手时,加入软化的黄油,再揉至面团表面光滑,能拉出手套膜为止
  • 5.揉好的面团静置15分钟后,将面团分割5份100克的小面团,滚圆
  • 6.然后用擀面杖擀成倒三角形,卷成长条,放入吐司模里
  • 7.如此重复操作6步
  • 8.做好的吐司放入烤箱进行发酵,烤箱调至发酵功能,烤盘装入热水,放入烤箱底层,发酵1个小时左右
  • 9.发酵至模具(8分满)即可
  • 10.把发酵好的吐司盖上模具面盖,放入烤箱烤烘烤,上火180度,下火160度,烤35分钟即可
  • 11.再切片沾果酱吃
