  • 1.准备好一块糍粑(这是买的成品,新鲜的糍粑,市场上买回来即可)
  • 2.改刀,因为糍粑硬,切的时候小心点,切得有一个指头厚即可
  • 3.把鸡蛋打散
  • 4.糍粑块放入蛋液,裹满蛋液,稍微浸泡几分钟,让它吸收下蛋液
  • 5.不粘锅倒入适量油,小火煎至
  • 6.一面定型后翻面,继续煎,直到两面金黄,糍粑发泡体积变大即可出锅
  • 7.盛入盘中,浇上红糖汁,撒上少许白糖
  • 8.准备白糖,吃的时候还可以沾上少许
