嘿小伙伴们,就要过年啦~作为福州人,过年或是年夜饭,一定会吃年糕,寓意年年高!当然啦,福州人的年糕是纯糯米,加红糖或是白糖还有花生制作而成的,所以本身会带些甜味,跟北方小伙伴火锅里煮的原味年糕,或者夹心芝士年糕又有一丢丢小差异呢。

    Steps to make 炸好的年糕淋上糖油,运势年年高甜蜜美滋滋

    • 1.主要食材如图所示示意,将白年糕切成小块。
    • 2.裹一层地瓜粉或是淀粉都是可以的,就是白年糕的每一面都均匀裹上一层,这样下锅炸的时候不会粘。
    • 3.中小火下锅炸制,入锅后不要着急翻动。
    • 4.等一面定型之后,再一一翻面炸。
    • 5.炸个表面无粉粒状后就大致ok了。
    • 6.然后小火再炸一炸,观察其是否有膨胀,有膨胀的话就彻底熟透啦~(本身白年糕就是蒸熟的,只是凉了口感不太行)。
    • 7.如果想要外皮更金黄酥脆,记得捞出来沥沥油后,大火再进去短暂复炸。
    • 8.紧接着,我们在锅中加入适量的猪油,然后3勺白砂糖(具体甜度根据个人喜好而来)。
    • 9.然后加入适量清水。
    • 10.炒至起小泡泡。
    • 11.然后再加入蜂蜜,继续搅拌炒开。
    • 12.然后关火,加入年糕块翻炒均匀。
    • 13.出锅,撒上黑白芝麻、花生碎或者果脯点缀,一道年夜饭甜蜜年糕就做好啦~
