草莓巧克力蛋糕卷

Steps to make 草莓巧克力蛋糕卷

  • 1.低筋面粉、可可粉、绵白糖、植物油、牛奶。
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入干净无油盆里,放到热水盘中加热到40C°左右。
  • 3.放入沙糖拌匀。
  • 4.用电动打蛋器快速搅打6分钟,打到体积膨大到5倍。
  • 5.低粉和可可粉过筛。
  • 6.把筛好的粉倒入蛋糊中。
  • 7.快速翻拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入色拉油、牛奶拌匀。
  • 9.倒入烤盘中,震两下将大气泡震出。
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱。先用165度烤6分钟,转150度烤20分钟即可。
  • 11.取出震一下,倒扣5分钟脱模。抹上草莓酱。
  • 12.将蛋糕体卷起来,尽量卷得紧实些。卷好后晾一会儿。
  • 13.切成均匀大小的片就可以了。
