马蹄红枣银耳羹
用清热润肺、止咳生津的银耳,和清热去火的马蹄,再搭配上清甜的大枣。喝一口下去,顺顺滑滑,让他补水的同时还能去火润燥。

而且马蹄甜甜脆脆的,对宝宝的牙齿骨骼的发育也有很大好处,这个搭配组合还能够促进消化,改善便秘。同时富含硒等微量元素,也能有效的增强宝宝的免疫力,我用的是新鲜的银耳,不用浸泡,短时间内就可以煮出丰富的胶质,润滑软糯。

Steps to make 马蹄红枣银耳羹

  • 1.新鲜银耳放入盆中,加入清水。我用的是鲜银耳不用泡发,更容易煮透出胶,口感也更软糯一些。干银耳需提前泡发1-2小时。
  • 2.用手用手清洗干净。银耳撕成小朵。不要用刀切,手撕的方式更容易煮出软糯的口感。
  • 3.清洗好的大枣切除枣核,继续切成小丁。
  • 4.锅里加入适量清水,小块银耳放去锅中,加入切好的马蹄丁。
  • 5.大火烧开后转小火炖煮,记得用勺子稍微搅拌,避免溢锅和糊底哈!煮至汤汁粘稠,放入大枣,搅拌均匀。一定要全程小火。这样煮好的银耳羹才会香甜软烂、浓稠出胶质。
  • 6.小火炖煮约20-25分钟,把汤熬制浓稠,把银耳熬得化掉出胶的样子就可以了。加入冰糖,搅拌至融化。
  • 7.不仅宝宝喝特别健康,我也会跟着喝一碗,美容养颜,滋养肌肤,感觉整个人都是润润的。暖暖的下午和宝宝一起来上一碗,美滋滋哒,超幸福~
