  • 澳优能立多G4奶粉2勺

Steps to make 南瓜椰蓉奶砖

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.南瓜切块上锅蒸熟,15分钟左右。
  • 3.放绞肉机里打成泥。
  • 4.把南瓜泥、牛奶和奶粉一起搅拌均匀。
  • 5.小锅里放入南瓜混合液玉米淀粉、白糖搅拌均匀,淀粉会在锅里凝结成颗粒状,别着急慢慢用铲子捻化就好了,确认锅中的混合液已经充分混合了以后最小火煮。
  • 6.准备一个大小适合的容器,底部撒上一层椰蓉,把南瓜糊倒入容器中,用刮刀刮平。
  • 7.把南瓜糊放入冰箱中冷藏2小时以上,取出脱模,切成大小适合的方块,滚上一层椰蓉。
  • 8.奶香十足、入口即化的可口小甜品就做好啦
