Steps to make 羊肉烩面

  • 1.羊骨砸开,和羊肉一起凉水入锅,放葱段,姜片,煮至肉烂,捞出晾凉切片

  • 3.和成光滑的面团,盖保鲜膜醒10分钟
  • 4.再揉几分钟,分成十等份
  • 5.擀成舌状面片,两面抹油
  • 6.码好盖保鲜膜醒30分钟以上
  • 7.碗里放虾皮、紫菜、香油、味精(家里有孩子的不建议放)
  • 8.锅入水烧开准备下面
  • 9.取一个面片,捏住两头甩
  • 10.继续甩
  • 11.拉至长长的一条,下锅咯
  • 12.煮两分钟即熟
  • 13.浇入两勺刚才煮羊肉的汤
  • 14.放入羊肉,香菜,喜欢辣的,可以加辣椒油,拌匀即可。
