  • 温水160g
  • 奶粉6g
  • 2g
  • 白糖10g
  • 酵母4g
  • 黄油20g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 面包鸡

  • 1.鸡鸡去头去屁股,洗净沥干。在鸡身上用牙签到处戳一戳。用盐将鸡里外抹匀,再放生腌制,撒黑胡椒粉。放入冰箱冷藏腌制一夜。
  • 2.从冰箱取出鸡,再里外撒百里香。
  • 3.调料汁也放入鸡腔中,用牙签将鸡固定一下。
  • 4.用锡纸将鸡包好,包两层。
  • 5.放入烤箱180度烤60分钟,再翻面230度烤20分钟。鸡烤好了。
  • 6.所有辅料放入面包机中,按面包面团功能发酵得到面包面团。
  • 7.面团揉一揉,压扁,烤鸡放入面团上。
  • 8.用面团将鸡包裹起来。
  • 9.再二次发酵30分钟,两倍大。
  • 10.刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻。
  • 11.上下管160度烤30分钟,再180度烤十分钟。
  • 12.出锅。
