  • 黑醋30ml
  • 白糖3克

Steps to make 红酒汁三文鱼

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.锅里倒入矿泉水烧开,加入少许盐再放入西兰花烫熟,捞出。
  • 3.将西兰花放入料理容器,加入1块黄油和4茶匙菜汤用料理机打成泥状。
  • 4.西兰花泥。
  • 5.三文鱼上撒上少许盐。
  • 6.再撒上黑胡椒碎。
  • 7.煎锅放入一块黄油融化,放入三文鱼煎制。
  • 8.三文鱼煎至两面金黄关火,三文鱼留在锅里保温。
  • 9.锅里加入黑醋,红酒,白糖烧沸关火。
  • 10.将苦菊放入碗里加入少许黑醋,橄榄油、盐和黑胡椒碎拌匀。
  • 11.将食材摆入盘里。
