Steps to make 冰墩墩馒头

  • 1.把主料混合,揉成光滑适当的面团,然后揪出4小块,分别加入深黑可可粉,南瓜粉,紫薯粉,仙人掌果粉,调成彩色的面团。黑色的面团要多一些。(最好能调一块蓝色面团)
  • 2.面团醒5分钟后,把白色面团擀成厚片。
  • 3.用一个合适的椭圆形工具切出4个椭圆面片。(我用的保鲜盒)
  • 4.摆放在蒸盘里。
  • 5.把红、黄、紫三种颜色的面团擀开。我又加了白色面团。
  • 6.叠在一起。
  • 7.切成细条,搓长,圈成光环状。
  • 8.面团刷点水,摆上光环。
  • 9.用椭圆形和圆形模具扣出大-中-小,黑-白-黑的小面片。
  • 10.组合成眼睛,再搓一点点白色面团做出眼神。
  • 11.用表情模具扣出鼻子和嘴。
  • 12.摆在合适的位置上。
  • 13.白黑面团做出耳朵,黑色面团做出胳膊和腿,如图所示。
  • 14.深黑可可粉加水调开,用细小的笔写上“BEIJING 2022”。生坯就做好了。
  • 15.发酵至2倍大。
  • 16.美遇蒸烤箱选择纯蒸模式,100度18分钟即可。
  • 17.成品图。
