柠香干煎大虾
春节买的大虾没吃完,剩下五六个放在冰箱急冻格冷藏,LG不爱吃虾,趁他不在家时赶紧把它处理了,炒个蔬菜,煮一碗汤,我和小宝的午餐就这样轻松解决。

Steps to make 柠香干煎大虾

  • 1.食材:解冻好的大海虾、蒜瓣、XO酱
  • 2.用剪刀在虾背找切入口:虾头和尾巴的连接部位竖着一条直线剪开,剔出虾肠,洗净沥干水
  • 3.蒜瓣去皮拍碎,柠檬洗净对半切开,切出两片留着摆盆时用
  • 4.大虾切口表面撒点盐粉,挤点柠檬汁腌制片刻
  • 5.热锅,放少许油,放入大虾,切口先煎一会
  • 6.煎至虾肉表面稍微焦黄色,推至一边,放入蒜蓉爆香
  • 7.加入XO酱,滴几滴清水
  • 8.倒入少许酱油
  • 9.遮上锅盖焗30秒钟左右
  • 10.铲起装盆,剩余的酱汁淋在上面即可
