    Steps to make 泡菜虾仁

    • 1.活对虾买来后,扔冰箱速冻20-30分钟左右,拿出来剥壳开背去肠。
    • 2.洗净后,用盐跟淀粉腌制15分钟左右。
    • 3.泡菜切小块。
    • 4.大蒜子拍碎切末,小葱切段。
    • 5.坐锅点火,锅内倒入适量油,放入大蒜子爆香。
    • 6.将虾仁倒入。
    • 7.转小火,翻炒几下。
    • 8.等虾仁半熟时,倒入泡菜。
    • 9.加入适量水,煮开后,加盐跟鸡精,再撒上葱段,关火即可(喜欢辣的,可以不加水,直接加泡菜的汁,这样口味更加浓郁)。
