茉莉花茶柠檬饼干
春季宜饮花茶,可以散发漫漫冬季积郁于人体之内的寒气,促进人体阳气生发。茉莉花茶可以“去寒邪、助理郁”。
喝着茉莉花茶,想起曾经收藏了一道关于茉莉花茶的饼干。不如就做个茉莉花茶的饼干送给姐姐吃。配方中没有茉莉花茶的具体用量,索性就按照红茶饼干的红茶用量来用。看起来有点多,但也许花香更浓郁。
2包茉莉花茶,好像也并没有感觉到特别浓郁的茉莉花香。只是满满的茶渣,看起来不是那么的清爽。
用清香的茉莉花茶,加上柠檬的清爽去腻,一点点盐,让甜味不那么单纯起腻。初入口时,是清爽香甜的茶味,及至后来,柠檬的酸便加入进来。。。。。。

  • 新鲜柠檬汁15毫升

Steps to make 茉莉花茶柠檬饼干

  • 1.用料:黄油50克,糖粉45克,盐1克,新鲜柠檬汁15毫升,茉莉花茶茶包2包,低筋面粉100克。
  • 2.黄油提前从冰箱中取出,放置室温软化后加入糖粉和盐,用橡皮刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.再加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再将茉莉花茶茶包拆开,倒入茶末,拌匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋粉。
  • 6.拌成均匀面团。
  • 7.移到案台上,折叠成长方形。
  • 8.再整理成直径约3.5厘米的圆柱,用保鲜膜包裹,放入冰箱冷藏至面团变硬。
  • 9.取出,去掉保鲜膜,切成厚约7毫米的圆片。
  • 10.摆入烤盘,放入烤箱,中层,上下火150度,烤约25分钟左右。
  • 11.饼干边缘呈浅金色,即可出炉。置晾架上晾至冷却后放入密封盒中保存。
