Steps to make 魔芋烧鸭子

  • 1. 将魔芋切成细长条型,在中间用刀划个小口;
  • 2.将魔芋上端从中间的口穿过去;
  • 3.魔芋就形成了自然的花结;
  • 4. 将处理好的魔芋焯水;
  • 5.准备好其他的材料,鸭肉剁块, 青椒切成块,姜片,豆瓣酱和大料;
  • 6. 将锅烧热,下入适量的油,下入大料和姜片煸炒;
  • 7. 煸炒出香味后下入鸭肉小火煸炒;
  • 8. 鸭肉煸炒变色后加入少量的糖一起煸炒;
  • 9. 将鸭肉中大部分油分煸炒出来;
  • 10.再加入适量的豆瓣酱翻炒,翻炒均匀后加入料酒和适量的水;
  • 11. 盖上盖,大火煮开后小火煮上十分钟;
  • 12.下入焯过水的魔芋一起煮上五分钟;
  • 13. 在加入适量的盐和胡椒;
  • 14. 起锅前加入青椒,混合均匀后烧煮上半分钟即可;
  • 15.装盘上桌啦。
