Steps to make 芋头牛腩煲

  • 1.将牛腩提前用冷水泡上几个小时, 将血水泡出;
  • 2. 泡好的牛肉切成小块, 加入点山楂粉搅拌均匀, 腌制半个小时;
  • 3. 凉油下锅,将准备好的大料和姜片, 葱段下入翻炒;
  • 4. 煸炒出香味后加入豆瓣酱, 黄豆酱和番茄酱一起翻炒;
  • 5.翻炒一下后加入腌好的牛腩块,继续翻炒均匀, 将其中的水分煸炒出来;
  • 6. 将煸炒好的牛腩块放入高压锅中,加入适量的开水,大火烧开, 气压阀叫后转为小火一刻钟;
  • 7.将准备好的芋头块放入油锅中炸;
  • 8.待芋头表面炸得微微焦黄后捞出来;
  • 9. 将炸好的芋头放入煲中, 再加入做好的牛腩汤, 加盖, 大火煮开后转为小火煮上十五分钟;
  • 10.加入盐等调味料,大火收汁;
  • 11.汁收到想要的程度后加入青蒜,加盖焖上一分钟,关火;
  • 12.如果喜欢, 可以直接将煲端上桌。
