健康美容凉拌金针菇

  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 健康美容凉拌金针菇

  • 1.预备好金针菇、芹菜根、黑木耳、粉丝、大蒜、红朝天椒、河虾、橄榄油、辣椒油、芝麻油、另准备凉开水一大杯。用刀切去金针菇的根蒂部分,再反复冲洗干净,较长的金针菇可以从中间剪开,把过于老的根蒂丢掉;免得卡牙缝不方便食用。
  • 2.锅中加水,加1勺盐,烧开后下入金针菇,关火后快速焯水捞起,金针菇很容易熟,时间煮长了反而容易塞牙。
  • 3.将金针菇浸入准备好的凉开水中,待金针菇冷却后捞起,沥干水分。也可以轻轻攥攥金针菇,将水分挤干些,不要过于用力。黑木耳在切成和其它的食材一样大小;黑木耳放入开水中焯水备用。
  • 4.红色朝天椒去籽切细丝撒上少许盐腌制10分钟,掩去辣味提出甜味。
  • 5.准备这道菜时,我们到最后再切芹菜,芹菜叶子打掉随吃随拌。
  • 6.去掉小河虾的头并焯水捞起。所有的食材准备好后,分别放入小碗中备用。
  • 7.大蒜切成泥,加入生抽、香醋、辣椒油、芝麻油、黑芝麻、橄榄油,少许糖拌均匀调料备用;【口味重的可以加点辣椒油或者辣椒酱】。
  • 8.我一般在凉拌菜上桌时;都是没有拌好的。凉拌菜随吃随拌营养价值才高,如果过早的将作料放入凉拌菜中,会产生大量的亚硝酸盐反而对身体不利。
  • 9.生抽、芝麻油、辣椒油、香醋、黑芝麻、芝麻油、橄榄油、糖事先已经调好;放入干净的碗中备用。在吃之前加入大蒜泥和凉拌食材一起搅拌均匀。
