【韩式鲜虾大酱汤】冬季暖胃鲜美的鲜虾韩式汤
大酱汤的大酱被韩国人誉为国食,韩国人的早餐一般都是酱汤加米饭。看过浪漫满屋的人应该有印象,李英宰早晨总是向韩智恩吵着要大酱汤喝。足见大酱汤在传统韩式早餐的重要地位。大酱的味道一般人初次接触可能有点难以接受,但吃起来却很香。而且大酱在发酵的过程中,能够增加防止氧化的多酚,以及有益于生成人体的蛋白质组成成分“缩氨酸”。能起到促进血糖调节,其发酵产物能通过促进血糖调节物质——胰岛素的分泌,可以有效的预防2型糖尿病。
最近天气越发的冷了,做一碗韩式大酱汤,配一碗香喷喷的米饭,就是很好的营养搭配了,简单又好吃,暖暖的汤冬季最合适不过了。

  • 南豆腐200克
  • 五花肉70克
  • 洋葱半个
  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 黄瓜半个
  • 西葫芦半个
  • 鲜虾8个
  • 青红椒2根
  • 大葱半根
  • 淘米水400克
  • 生姜5片
  • 大酱70克
  • 韩式辣椒酱30克
  • 5克

Steps to make 【韩式鲜虾大酱汤】冬季暖胃鲜美的鲜虾韩式汤

  • 1.南豆腐切块,洋葱,胡萝卜,西葫芦,黄瓜,生姜切片,青红椒切圈,大葱切段备用。
  • 2.五花肉切成片。
  • 3.锅里倒底油,放入五花肉煎熟。
  • 4.依次倒入生姜,大葱,青红椒,所有蔬菜,加入盐翻炒均匀,盛出备用。
  • 5.淘米水倒入石锅中,将大酱放入滤筛中,用勺背碾压,滤入淘米水中,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将大酱汤煮沸腾。
  • 7.大酱汤沸腾时,倒入炒好的所有蔬菜,以及鲜虾,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.煮至再次沸腾时,加入辣椒酱,搅拌均匀后,小火再煮5分钟,即可关火。
