自制芒果酱
突然熬芒果果酱也是一时兴起,为了做芒果味的酸奶,结果老头子说酸奶不好吃,没奶味,我也是够了,本知道他不喜欢喝酸奶,我应该自己偷偷吃掉算了,倒是这芒果酱让我特别喜欢,买的芒果很好吃,所以做出来的果酱也特别香,下面看看做法吧,有面包机的特别简单,没面包机的就辛苦一点自己熬了!

  • 白糖60克
  • 麦芽糖30克
  • 柠檬半个

Steps to make 自制芒果酱

  • 1.大芒果两个500克,柠檬半个挤汁用(我后来忘记了所以没用到),白糖60克,麦芽糖大约30克
  • 2.芒果取果肉切碎,加糖腌制1小时
  • 3.把腌过得芒果取三分之二打成泥,和剩余的芒果肉带汁倒进面包桶里,倒入麦芽糖
  • 4.面包桶装回面包机,选择果酱功能,程序的时间是1小时20分,柠檬汁在最后20分钟的时候加入(我把柠檬遗忘了所以没加了)
  • 5.程序结束后,把熬好的果酱趁热装瓶,密封保存!瓶子需提前消毒哦
