  • 1.牛肉剁碎,加入盐、花椒水、蛋清、黑胡椒粉搅拌上劲。

  • 3.另一张盖在上面,压紧四边,入冰箱冷冻室冻40分钟左右。
  • 4.切块,表皮刷少许清水,撒适量白芝麻,入预热好的烤箱190度20分钟左右。
