    • 1.排骨洗净,斩小块;
    • 2.芋头去皮,切小块;
    • 3.我这里用的是豆豉鲮鱼罐头里的豆豉,香味更浓郁
    • 4.将排骨放入大碗中,加入姜、蒜和豆豉,调入生抽、鸡粉和生粉,抓匀腌制一小时左右入味;* 加入生粉,蒸好后,能保持排骨口感的嫩滑
